What is included in a Standard Listing Package?
Every Standard Package includes the HDR interior and exterior photo count shown for the property size. A basic Zillow 3D Home tour can be added for $99–$199 based on square footage, with custom pricing for homes over 5,000 square feet.
What is included in the Premium Listing Package?
HDR photography, drone photography, property and drone video, a detailed floor plan, a basic Zillow 3D Home tour, twilight imagery, virtual staging, a social-ready reel, professional image touch-ups, and priority scheduling and delivery when available. Pricing is custom quoted by property size and editing needs.
Do you photograph Airbnb and vacation rental properties?
Yes. The Vacation Rental Photography Package includes 30–40 edited horizontal images covering rooms, amenities, outdoor living and hospitality details. Images are organized to make uploading to Airbnb, Vrbo and other rental platforms easier.
How soon will my media be ready?
WatchDog typically delivers polished listing assets within 24–48 hours after the shoot.
Can I add drone media?
Yes. Add drone photos for $99, drone video for $149, or both for $199. Lauri holds FAA Remote Pilot Certificate #5236556.
